Minimum Requirements

Education: Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in relevant planning, logistics, or supply chain roles.

Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), WMS, ERP systems, and relevant planning software. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Industry Experience: FMCG or retail sector experience is highly desirable, particularly in demand planning, stock management, and forecasting.

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role)

Demand Planner: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, analyze market trends, and ensure timely inventory management.

Location Planner: Oversee stock availability, optimize stock flow across DC and stores, manage supplier coordination, and lead a dynamic team.

Outbound Planner: Ensure stores are stocked with key promotional items, monitor stock levels, manage order fulfillment, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Inbound Planner: Coordinate supplier deliveries, maintain booking schedules, manage returns, and ensure smooth communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
