Job Description:
Food Lovers Market is seeking a reliable Picker to join our warehouse team. As a Picker, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and scanning orders while ensuring that the highest quality standards are met. This role is crucial for maintaining efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Outbound Supervisor, Outbound Manager, and Outbound Checker, and will be required to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to the schedule, including picking, packing, wrapping, and labeling.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Adhere to quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Handle heavy lifting and move products as needed.
• Use a scanner to track and record inventory movements.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to ensure accurate picking and packing.
• Work efficiently, particularly during peak periods.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in picking orders accurately using barcodes or serial numbers.
• Ability to ensure accuracy when picking orders.
• Willingness to work 6 shifts per week, including Sundays and public holidays, across trading and non-trading hours.
• Experience with securing containers on pallets for shipment is advantageous.
