Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Picker to join our warehouse team at Food Lovers Market. As a Picker, you will be crucial in our warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and scanning orders to ensure the highest quality for our stores. This role is key to enhancing efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Outbound Supervisor, Outbound Manager, and Outbound Checker, and must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick, including tasks such as picking, packing, wrapping, and labeling according to the schedule.
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Adhere to quality service standards and follow all procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Handle heavy lifting and move products as necessary.
  • Use a scanner to accurately track and record inventory movements.
  • Build and maintain product knowledge to assist with precise picking and packing.
  • Work efficiently, particularly during peak periods.
