Clicks Group Careers – Pharmacist – Wingtip

Job Objectives:

  • Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care, ensuring accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, and offering advice in accordance with Clicks’ way of working, good pharmacy practice, and within the legal scope as outlined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).

  • Manage all operational activities of the dispensary, including safe and responsible stock management, shrinkage, housekeeping, and administration in line with SAPC regulations and company standards.

  • Ensure the dispensary’s operational viability by focusing on core dispensary and clinic targets.

  • Oversee the training and development of Pharmacist Assistants and Pharmacist Interns in line with SAPC requirements to maintain a competent and motivated team.

  • Implement customer service initiatives within the dispensary to deliver a great customer experience, increase customer loyalty, and meet club card participation targets.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders such as centre managers, suppliers, and distribution centres to ensure business objectives are met and opportunities maximized.

  • Ensure integration and partnership with the clinic and healthcare aisle to offer customers a comprehensive range of healthcare services.

  • Support the company’s vision of becoming the first choice health and beauty retailer by living and promoting the company values.
