Job Objectives:

Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care, ensuring accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, and offering professional advice in accordance with Clicks’ procedures, good pharmacy practice, and the legal scope outlined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).

Manage all operational activities within the dispensary, including safe stock management, shrinkage control, general housekeeping, and administration, in compliance with SAPC regulations and company standards.

Focus on achieving core dispensary and clinic targets to ensure operational viability.

Supervise and develop Pharmacist Assistants and Pharmacist Interns in line with SAPC requirements, ensuring their competency and motivation.

Implement customer service initiatives within the dispensary to deliver exceptional service, build customer loyalty, and achieve club card participation targets.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including center managers, suppliers, and distribution centers (DCs), to meet business objectives and maximize opportunities.

Collaborate with the clinic and healthcare aisle to offer comprehensive healthcare solutions to customers.

Support Clicks’ vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by living and promoting the company values.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Education and Experience Requirements:

Essential: Registered Pharmacist with SAPC.

Desirable: Retail pharmacy experience.

Desirable: Experience with Unisolve.
