Job Objectives:
The Pharmacist will provide high standards of pharmaceutical care, ensuring accurate and safe dispensing of medication, including generic substitution, while delivering advice in line with Clicks’ practices and the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) regulations.

Execute all operational activities within the dispensary, including responsible stock management, shrinkage control, general housekeeping, and administrative tasks, in accordance with SAPC regulations and company standards.

Focus on ensuring the operational viability of the dispensary by meeting core dispensary and clinic targets.

Oversee the training and development of Pharmacist Assistants and Pharmacist Interns, ensuring compliance with SAPC requirements.

Implement customer service initiatives to drive an exceptional customer experience, foster customer loyalty, and achieve club card participation targets.

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as centre managers, suppliers, and distribution centres to achieve business objectives and maximize opportunities.

Ensure seamless integration and collaboration with the clinic and healthcare aisle to provide customers with comprehensive healthcare offerings.

Support the Group’s vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by upholding and promoting company values.
Knowledge:
