Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer interaction while maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with SOP and agreed timelines.

• Administer scripts and manage any related claiming or capturing procedures.

• Ensure accurate and complete handling of all profiles worked on.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary.

• Problem solve and follow up on queries as required.

Duties:

• Interact with customers via phone or other communication methods regarding medication and healthcare services.

• Accurately capture scripts received at the Central Pharmacy Centre.

• Handle queries related to prescriptions.

• Manage patient profiles effectively.

• Assist with chronic authorizations as needed.

• Liaise with other departments for smooth operational flow.

• Perform ad hoc tasks based on operational needs.

Knowledge:

• In-depth product knowledge, including over-the-counter (OTC) medications.

• Sound understanding of SAPC regulations and relevant legal requirements.

• Comprehensive knowledge of chronic authorization processes and procedures.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Adherence to ethical working practices and compliance standards.
