Job Objectives:
As a Pharmacist Assistant QPB, your responsibilities include interacting with customers in a professional manner, maintaining strict confidentiality, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and agreed timelines. You will be responsible for administration of scripts and any other related claiming or capturing procedures, ensuring the accurate and complete handling of all profiles worked on.
You will interact with healthcare professionals when necessary, manage patient queries, and follow up on issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Duties:

Interact with customers via telephone or other means regarding medication and healthcare services

Accurately capture scripts received at the Central Pharmacy Centre

Handle queries related to prescriptions

Manage patient profiles

Assist with chronic authorizations

Liaise with all other departments

Perform ad hoc tasks as required by operational needs
Knowledge:
