Clicks Group Careers – Pharmacist Assistant – Germiston

Job Objectives:

  • Provide high standards of customer service and care.

  • Ensure efficient stock control and administration, including the repacking of medicine.

  • Manage efficient dispensary administration processes.

  • Perform accurate compounding tasks.

  • Offer general health advice to customers.

  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display.

  • Complete ad hoc tasks as per operational requirements.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric with Maths (Essential).

  • Meet the minimum requirements set by the Health Professions Council of South Africa for the various levels of Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic, and Learner Basic).

Skills, Abilities, and Job-Related Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of health products and OTC (Over-The-Counter) items.

  • Understanding of SAPC and relevant legal knowledge.

  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

  • Strong team player with integrity and ethical working practices.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to perform basic calculations.

  • Familiarity with IT business operating systems and MS Office.
