Fidelity is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Regional Manager in Gauteng South and Central. This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Clear criminal record
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Higher qualification in office administration or public relations is advantageous
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- At least two years of administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Driver’s license is advantageous
- Willingness to work extended hours when required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Answer and screen incoming calls, transfer to the appropriate person, and take messages
- Handle correspondence, escalate inquiries, and provide feedback to management and clients
- Assist with report preparation, maintenance, and filing
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes
- Manage the Regional Manager’s diary, schedule appointments, and arrange events
- Welcome visitors, arrange access, and ensure they are accommodated
- Order, collect, and issue uniforms
- Assist with general office tasks as required
- Act as a liaison between the executive, clients, team members, and stakeholders
