Purpose of Position:

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our team and drive business performance. This role is crucial in achieving key business KPIs, including sales growth, cost control, risk mitigation, and maintaining world-class store standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Enhancement: Boost sales through exceptional customer service, upholding store standards, managing stock, and executing promotional activities.
  • Cost Management: Drive cost-efficiency initiatives in line with our company’s low-cost culture.
  • Stock and Risk Control: Minimize stock loss by fostering a positive store culture and adhering to security, stock, and cash handling protocols.
  • Administrative Duties: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and coach a high-performing team, ensuring their professional growth and effective performance.
  • Standards Maintenance: Uphold health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.

Requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12; a relevant tertiary qualification in business or retail is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in English and computer literacy (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite is advantageous).
