Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily HR operations and processes.
- Provide administrative support to the People Support team.
- Gain practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, and onboarding processes.
- Support HR projects and initiatives.
- Learn to manage HR documentation and data entry.
- Collaborate with various departments on HR-related matters.
Job Requirements:
- South African Citizen.
- HR Diploma (must be in hand at the time of placement).
- Computer Literacy in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Must be between the ages of 18-33.
- Must not have previously benefited from SETA funding (Learnership, Internship, Bursary, Skills Programs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
