Job Description
Overview:
As a People Business Partner: Mobeni, you will support the People Manager in executing the people agenda and delivering efficient and cost-effective HR administrative support. Your role will cover the entire HR value chain, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational culture, and capability development. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business priorities at the Mobeni site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of People Strategy:
- Support the implementation of People Business Partner-led programs, including talent acquisition, learning and development initiatives, and bargaining agreements.
- Provide updates to the People Manager on program status and outcomes.
- Offer operational support for employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) issues such as grievances, disciplinary processes, and terminations.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, including surveys and feedback gathering.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and assessments.
- Administrative and Local Support:
- Manage People Shared Services activities for the site in line with standard procedures.
- Handle operational HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, and employee lifecycle management.
- Oversee onboarding processes, including documentation and checklist completion.
- Schedule and manage administrative activities for L&D courses at the site.
- Generate customized reports, dashboards, and metrics based on business needs.
- Communicate and provide training to stakeholders on process updates and system changes.
- Advise employees on HR Shared Services processes and address business adoption challenges in collaboration with the People Manager.
- Maintain data integrity and organizational structures in line with budgeted headcount.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR-related fields (HR certification/membership preferred).
- 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in HR operational activities.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (Oracle preferred).
- Experience in managing SLAs and driving HR operational excellence.
