Pep Vacancies – Organisational Development Practitioner
Job Purpose:
The Organisational Development Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive organisation, culture, leadership development, and change management solutions. This role supports and optimizes the strategic direction of PEP by driving organisational growth and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Design & Development: Create and develop organisational development (OD) content that aligns with PEP’s strategic goals.
- OD Initiative Management: Coordinate, facilitate, and implement OD initiatives across the organisation.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Track and assess the effectiveness of OD interventions before, during, and after implementation.
- Culture & Leadership Development: Design and implement initiatives to enhance company culture, leadership, and team development.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management interventions to guide teams through organisational transformation.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Manage the budgeting and reporting process for OD projects.
- Coaching & Team Building: Lead coaching sessions and team-building activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for OD initiatives.
- Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks as needed to support organisational goals.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Organisational and Industrial Psychology or Social Sciences.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Organisational Development or Learning & Development.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficient in GSuite.
- Strong knowledge of company culture, employee engagement, and change management.
- Experience in designing and facilitating surveys and team interventions using appropriate methodologies.
- Knowledge of various learning methodologies, including facilitation, questioning skills, simulations, role play, and online learning.
