Job Objectives:
The Nursing Practitioner will play a key role in establishing and growing a loyal client base by effectively promoting the Clinic’s services to Clicks customers while delivering high standards of patient care and customer service. The role involves providing a variety of clinic services, such as lifestyle management screening tests, well-baby clinics, health immunizations, baby health monitoring, reproductive health services, adult immunizations, minor ailments, wound care, and phlebotomy services.
Key responsibilities include:

Counseling and advising patients on health information and weight management, and referring patients to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals as needed.

Ensuring patient information is securely and confidentially maintained on an electronic system, and ensuring that payments for services rendered are collected.

Managing the clinic’s operations, including administration, booking locums, and accurately reporting on financial and stock management.

Overseeing stock management to prevent loss and shrinkage, ensuring the proper monitoring of the cold chain, and taking necessary safety precautions, particularly with medical stock.

Establishing and maintaining health professional networks to enhance the clinic’s commercial viability and service offerings.

Planning, coordinating, and implementing Health Days and other projects to enhance Clicks’ offerings to its customers.
