JNR Data Analyst – NOCC Logistics and Supply Specialist

SAB is seeking a NOCC Logistics and Supply Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on analyzing complex data to develop actionable steps for improving operations and optimizing business processes within the NOCC (Network Operations Control Center) Logistics & Supply function. Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Operational Analysis
    • Study business functions to determine operational objectives and gather data to support process improvements.
    • Construct workflow charts and diagrams, evaluate system capabilities, and create detailed specifications for process changes.
    • Analyze raw data to optimize Operational Planning, Control Tower, Transport Execution, and MEOP operations.
  • Process Improvement
    • Design and recommend system modifications to improve efficiency and address identified problems.
    • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting, analyzing the data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop new KPIs and PIs to drive visibility, efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
    • Implement key deliverables outlined in the LCP handbook.
  • Data Validation
    • Validate planning process inputs across NOCC Logistics & Supply systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Analyze and validate Master Data to support effective planning and logistics operations.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Recommend controls and write improved procedures to enhance operational workflows.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements.
    • Communicate effectively to keep stakeholders informed about changes and improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of NOCC Logistics & Supply and Planning processes.
  • Understanding of ABInBev Logistics and Planning principles.
  • Proficiency in root cause and trend analysis using Belt methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
  • Ability to work under pressure for extended periods.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP capabilities.
