Fidelity Vacancies – New Business Development/Sales: Guarding Division

Position: New Business Development/Sales – Guarding Division

This role is responsible for driving new business growth within the Guarding Division by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored security solutions. The ideal candidate will proactively seek out new business through networking while maintaining and expanding existing client accounts with a comprehensive risk mitigation approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business growth
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets by achieving planned sales objectives
  • Conduct thorough site surveys to assess security needs and design tailored solutions
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate complex proposals that align with client requirements
  • Ensure timely submission of accurate quotations and contracts, including necessary documentation
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging security solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated security solutions
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and contribute to business development strategies
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly management reports

Minimum Requirements:

  • Sales diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the security industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • PSIRA grading is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transport
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Clear criminal record with no pending cases
