Fidelity Vacanciesch  – New Business Development Representative (Cash Management Services)

Fidelity is seeking a New Business Development Representative (Cash Management Services) to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and retaining both new and existing customers.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a similar role
  • Sales diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Professional and well-presented demeanor
  • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Own reliable transport
  • Experience in Cash Management Solutions
  • Preferred experience in device sales
  • Previous experience in the security industry is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive area growth and increase turnover proactively
  • Secure profitable new business through cold calling and networking
  • Attend to potential clients and their specific security needs
  • Address and resolve client queries promptly and effectively
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare tailored security proposals
  • Ensure timely submission of quotations to clients
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
  • Plan, budget, and coordinate client needs effectively
  • Assist with marketing initiatives within the assigned area
  • Compile and submit weekly and monthly management reports
