New Business Development Representative (Cash Management Services)

Reporting to the New Business Development Executive, the main purpose of this role is to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the retention of both new and existing business.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales in a similar role
  • Sales diploma or equivalent qualifications
  • Professional and well-presented at all times
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle extended hours when needed
  • Proficient in MS Office suite programs (especially MS Excel)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Own reliable transport
  • Cash Management Solutions experience
  • Device sales experience is preferred
  • Previous experience in the security industry is a distinct advantage

Key Performance Areas (not totally inclusive):

  • Take accountability for the growth of assigned areas and actively increase turnover
  • Secure profitable new business through cold calling and other effective sales techniques
  • Attend to potential clients across various regions of responsibility
  • Address and resolve client queries promptly and effectively
  • Conduct site surveys to assess security requirements and prepare detailed proposals
  • Ensure timely submission of quotations to clients
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
  • Plan, budget, coordinate, and address client needs
  • Assist with marketing activities for the area
  • Compile and submit weekly and monthly management reports
