New Business Development Representative (Cash Management Services)

Reporting to the New Business Development Executive, the main purpose of this role is to drive new business opportunities through networking, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the retention of both new and existing business.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales in a similar position
  • Sales diploma or equivalent qualifications
  • Professional and well-presented at all times
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle extended hours, if necessary
  • Full competence in MS Office suite programs, especially MS Excel
  • Willingness to travel
  • Own reliable transport
  • Cash Management Solutions experience required
  • Device sales experience is preferred
  • Previous experience in the security industry is an advantage

Key Performance Areas (not totally inclusive):

  • Drive the growth of assigned areas and proactively increase turnover
  • Secure profitable new business through cold calling and other effective methods
  • Attend to potential clients across various regions of responsibility
  • Address and resolve client queries promptly and professionally
  • Conduct site surveys to assess security requirements and prepare proposals
  • Ensure timely submission of quotations to clients
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Plan, budget, coordinate, and attend to client needs
  • Assist with marketing-related tasks for the area
  • Compile and submit weekly and monthly management reports
