Fidelity Vacancies – New Business Development Consultant
Fidelity is looking for a New Business Development Consultant to drive growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering comprehensive risk mitigation solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual who can design, cost, and present complex integrated security solutions that align with both the Commercial and Group offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and expand the client base by securing profitable new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales efforts
- Conduct site surveys to assess security needs and personally design tailored solutions
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations in a timely manner
- Address and resolve client inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients through ongoing engagement and support
- Stay informed about industry trends, trade developments, and competitor activities
- Ensure that all contracts and quotations are completed accurately with the necessary technical documentation
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Ensure that only approved equipment is sold, adhering to company policies
- Provide regular management reports, including weekly and monthly updates
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Post-matric qualification or equivalent
- Senior solution sales experience in the security industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible with extended hours when required
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- PSIRA Grade C certification (Company Requirement)
