RESPONSIBILITIES
Red Bull Ambassador
- Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, venue owners, bar staff, distributors, and promoters.
- Strengthen brand affinity and be the trusted face of Red Bull in On Premise locations.
- Uphold premium brand execution in every interaction.
The Entrepreneur of the Territory
- Master your territory, identifying growth opportunities and staying ahead of trends.
- Drive innovative strategies to maximize Red Bull’s potential in new and existing markets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, artists, and agencies to elevate brand presence.
- Enhance events (Red Bull & third-party) with creative activations that boost consumption.
Indispensable Business Consultant
- Forge long-term partnerships with strategic stakeholders.
- Negotiate win-win agreements that benefit both Red Bull and customers.
- Use sales and marketing expertise to keep Red Bull #1 in On Premise.
- Turn insights into impactful programs and track performance for growth.
EXPERIENCE
Your Strengths
- Matric required; university degree preferred.
- Sales, marketing, or FMCG experience is a plus.
- Background in hospitality, nightlife, or On Premise is advantageous.
- Deep local market knowledge and community integration.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptable to flexible hours (nights, weekends).
- Proficient in iOS and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel 90-100%.
