Shoprite Vacancies – Money Market Account Roaming Agent

Shoprite is looking for a Money Market Account Roaming Agent to promote and sell the Money Market Account, engage with potential customers, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Money Market Account, clearly communicating its benefits to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and converting new leads.
• Utilize remote communication channels to maximize sales opportunities.
• Attend client meetings, conferences, and events to support sales initiatives.
• Maintain focus and achieve sales targets under pressure.
• Use CRM tools and technology effectively for sales activities and customer management.
• Ensure all sales processes are followed to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance and align offers with customer needs.
• Provide accurate product and service information to prevent misinformation.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all queries are handled professionally.
• Share feedback and ideas with the team to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the retail banking sector.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com).
• Technologically proficient and adaptable to new tools.
• Willingness to travel at short notice and work weekends if required.
• Owns a personal smartphone for work-related communication.
