What Will You Do?
We are seeking full-time MiBusiness Insurance Specialists to join our growing team in the Eastern/Southern Cape. This face-to-face role involves working closely with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored commercial insurance solutions.
As a MiBusiness Insurance Specialist, you will:
- Build and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
- Provide outstanding service, ensuring a low lapse rate.
- Identify and mitigate risks to maintain a healthy portfolio.
- Meet sales and business strategy targets.
You will enjoy a competitive remuneration model, including attractive commissions and the tools needed for success.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: NQF4/Matric/Standard 10.
- Qualifications: FAIS credits or Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on DOFA).
- Examinations: Financial Services Board Regulatory Exams (RE5) completed.
- Transport: Own reliable transport and a valid Code B driver’s license.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the commercial insurance industry.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in face-to-face client interactions and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and acquire new business clients.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with your portfolio of clients.
- Deliver excellent service to clients, ensuring retention and loyalty.
- Screen new business opportunities to align with MiWay’s risk profile.
