About the Role
We are looking for full-time MiBusiness Insurance Specialists to join our team in a hybrid capacity, based in the Western Cape. In this role, you will work with commercial and personal lines clients to identify their insurance needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and grow a portfolio of clients in line with business strategies.
- Deliver world-class service to clients, ensuring low lapse rates.
- Screen new business to maintain the integrity of MiWay’s risk pool.
- Achieve key deliverables as outlined by the business.
Minimum Qualifications
- NQF4/Matric/Standard 10.
- FAIS credits or full insurance qualification (depending on DOFA).
- Completed Financial Services Board Regulatory Exam (RE5).
- Reliable own transport.
- Valid code B driver’s license.
Minimum Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry.
- Minimum 2 years of face-to-face business experience.

- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to plan, manage time efficiently, and multitask effectively.
