The Marketing Manager Oilfield MWLS Mining and F&F will be responsible for driving profitable growth in these key market sectors. This role focuses on strategic market and product development, marketing excellence, and comprehensive sales enablement. Working closely with Sales, R&D, Market Development, and Product Managers, this position will develop and execute a market strategy that aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing activities for the Oilfield, MWLS, Mining, and F&F markets, collaborating with Sales, R&D, Market Development, and Product Marketing teams.
- Consolidate market and customer research, competitive intelligence, and market analysis to develop a tailored marketing strategy, including product positioning, pricing, distribution, and promotional activities.
- Identify and explore growth opportunities for existing and adjacent products across all geographies.
- Coordinate with Product Managers and Sales to align product initiatives with business goals, ensuring successful integration of new products and applications.
- Support contract negotiation preparations by providing market-specific insights.
- Develop differentiated pricing strategies in collaboration with Product Managers to enhance market focus.
- Manage marketing communications and branding strategies, including conference presence, brochures, and digital content, in coordination with marketing communications and R&D teams.
- Oversee sales force training needs specific to the targeted market sectors.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in Product Management, Marketing, or Market Development.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Solid commercial, marketing, and basic technical knowledge in the chemical industry.
- Proven understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Demonstrated experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Market Development.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
