About the Program
Join DHL Vacancies as a Marketing Automation and Sales Tool Specialist and play a pivotal role in driving scalable, data-driven marketing operations. This role empowers you to design intelligent automation journeys, optimize sales enablement tools, and elevate customer engagement through best-in-class marketing automation and CRM integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain advanced automation programs, smart campaigns, and workflows in Adobe Marketo Engage to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
- Own and optimize the marketing automation platform, including segmentation, scoring models, lifecycle management, and database governance.
- Implement and continuously optimize CRM integrations with platforms such as Salesforce to strengthen sales and marketing alignment.
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to maximize deliverability, engagement, and regulatory compliance.
- Leverage automation capabilities to score, segment, and personalize customer interactions across the funnel.
- Monitor campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Execute A/B testing to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide troubleshooting, documentation, and governance for automation processes and tool usage.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to evolve automation strategies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working directly with Adobe Marketo Engage.
- Proven ability to independently build and manage automation programs, smart campaigns, segmentation, scoring models, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or CRM management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, including Salesforce, Comet, and Stellar.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation best practices.
- Working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau.
- Practical experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with digital marketing compliance regulations, including GDPR and POPIA.
- Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
