Job Description:

Buco is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager: Sales / Floor to lead our sales team in Protea Glen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relations, and enhancing our brand’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Complaint Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Marketing & Promotions: Coordinate promotions, advertising, and public relations efforts to boost the store’s market share, in alignment with company procedures.
  3. Brand Awareness: Grow, develop, and build awareness of our product and service offerings within the market.
  4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing strategies to capitalize on them.
  5. Client Queries & Problem Solving: Handle client inquiries efficiently and provide effective problem-solving solutions.
  6. Product Knowledge: Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products, services, and processes to better serve customers.
  7. Industry Trends & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Sales Cycle Management: Oversee client relationships throughout all phases of the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless experience.
  9. Sales Efficiency: Manage sales processes to maximize efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Company Values: Uphold and promote Buco’s values and culture in all aspects of the job.

Requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge and experience within the relevant industry.
  • Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, or a technical field is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
