The Role
As a Manager In Training, you will support the Store Manager and empower your team to create exceptional customer experiences while driving business success.
- Work with your Manager to foster a culture of development, inspiring and engaging the team to cultivate future leaders and high performance.
- Champion customer excellence while enhancing store performance through clear direction and operational efficiency.
- Leverage your commercial mindset to identify trade opportunities and solutions that elevate the customer experience and store results.
- Assist the Store Manager in optimizing store schedules and wages to meet productivity and financial targets.
- Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, inspiring your team to make a meaningful impact on global projects.
