Functional Outputs
Operational and Technical Results:
- Manage road and rail trucks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with ISO systems and Road Regulator requirements.
- Verify correct documentation accompanies all dispatches.
- Accurately load products as per loading instructions.
- Proactively solve operational challenges.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards.
- Organize and execute loading plans.
- Monitor and ensure accurate daily stock balances.
- Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and collaborate daily with administrative personnel.
- Availability for overtime as required.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (non-negotiable).
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SAP (advantageous).
- Valid Magazine Master ticket/certificate (non-negotiable).
