Key Responsibilities

  • Support logistics operations by ensuring timely execution of processes related to transportation and distribution.
  • Provide administrative assistance to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
  • Plan routes and coordinate with import/export departments to manage shipment schedules.
  • Load and unload shipments securely and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update internal databases.
  • Respond to inventory inquiries and manage order placements efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all logistics processes.
  • Identify and resolve delivery issues while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist team members with problem-solving in complex logistics situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in dispatching, shipping, transportation, warehousing, or inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in data entry, scanning, and inventory tracking.
  • Vocational, specialized, or technical certification in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a logistics or supply chain environment.
