BUCO is seeking a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to join our team in Cape Town CBD. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries to clients.
- Provide technical support and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Communicate agreements and expectations with relevant personnel.
- Generate new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and implement profitability and growth strategies.
- Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- 5-7 years of experience in account management.
- Experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to create, maintain, and enhance client relationships.
- Experience in project buying with suppliers.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
