Fidelity is seeking a Key Account Manager – SecureDrive to manage client relationships and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure client needs and expectations are met effectively.
- Address all queries related to the tracking portal, fitments, repairs, stolen vehicle recoveries, and other operational matters.
- Manage internal and external customer issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Prepare and present reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the client database, reconciling any discrepancies.
- Oversee daily operations, including new fitments, repairs, de-installations, and reinstallations.
- Ensure customer branches have the necessary marketing materials and training to support tracking unit sales.
- Train relevant personnel on fleet portal usage, app functionalities, and product features.
- Conduct regular system health checks and arrange repairs as needed.
- Supervise SecureDrive personnel on customer premises, ensuring professionalism and productivity.
- Implement stock and SIM card control measures for effective account management.
- Plan and coordinate new fitments, ensuring accurate system updates with correct vehicle details.
- Manage the removal and suspension of deinstalled or deactivated units from billing systems.
- Assist with invoice collections and ensure additional billing requirements are processed per SLA agreements.
- Support stock forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all operational activities.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the B2B and SME sectors through a structured prospecting plan.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Experience in telematics is advantageous.
