Fidelity Vacancies – Junior Branch Manager (Saldanha)
Fidelity is looking for a highly motivated Junior Branch Manager in Saldanha to oversee sales, marketing, operations, technical, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure high operational standards, drive business growth, meet deadlines, achieve budget targets, and contribute to crime reduction efforts in the region.
Minimum Requirements:
- Post-matric qualification in General Management is advantageous.
- Sales, Marketing, or Management diploma is beneficial.
- Minimum of three years’ experience at a mid-management level.
- Strong financial knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss management.
- Grade B Security Certificate (must be obtained upon appointment if not already held).
- Experience in the security industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the branch and its employees.
- Communicate and implement the branch’s vision and strategy.
- Make strategic decisions to ensure long-term branch success.
Finance, Planning & Controls
- Develop and manage budget plans, setting and achieving financial targets.
- Submit business plans, operating budgets, and sales projections.
- Ensure profitability and growth of the branch.
- Oversee collections and financial controls.
Sales
- Achieve branch sales targets and growth objectives.
- Work with Regional Sales Managers to set and analyze sales projections.
- Support sales consultants in meeting targets.
- Ensure proper debtor controls for new clients and installations.
- Address and resolve client complaints effectively.
Dealer and IIP Management
- Meet monthly budgeted sales targets for Dealers and IIPs.
- Recruit and onboard new Dealers and IIPs.
- Support Dealers and IIPs in contributing to branch success.
Operations
- Implement planning and production controls to enhance efficiency and customer service.
- Maintain high service levels and operational excellence.
- Manage fleet operations to prevent disruptions.
- Ensure operational managers deliver superior service.
- Personally handle client visits related to contact crimes.
Health, Safety, and Environment
- Enforce health and safety policies in compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
Marketing
- Drive marketing initiatives and improve customer perception.
- Build a strong social media presence and engage with key influencers.
- Promote community-driven marketing strategies.
- Ensure effective communication across platforms.
Commercial & Business Development
- Identify new market and product opportunities.
- Foster customer relationships through regular engagement.
- Support technical teams in resolving customer challenges.
- Develop bulk business and residential guarding opportunities.
- Strengthen community involvement through operational collaborations.
Attrition Management
- Implement strategies to manage attrition and drive reconnections.
- Analyze branch attrition and develop action plans to mitigate losses.
- Ensure sales channels minimize financial risks.
People Management
- Identify staff training and development needs.
- Oversee recruitment and HR-related matters.
- Build and manage high-performing teams.

- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
- Extensive knowledge of operations, sales, technical, and administrative functions.
