Job Description:
Truworths is seeking four (4) experienced IT Service Desk Consultants to join our team and provide support to our stores. We are looking for individuals who are customer-focused, exhibit integrity, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. This role will be based at our Head Office in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to users.
Offer assistance through phone and email.
Ensure all calls are resolved within the defined SLA.
Prioritize and manage Incidents, Requests, and Problems effectively.
Provide feedback to the line manager on common issues and trends.
Maintain high service quality by updating Incidents and Requests daily in the system.
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar support environment.
Knowledge of retail operations.
Minimum of a Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
An IT qualification or certification would be an advantage.
Essential computer literacy.
Reliable transport is required.
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
