Job Overview:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a skilled Investigation & Risk Administrator to support the Security division’s administrative functions at the Secunda Sasol Plant. The role requires strong organizational abilities, effective communication, and attention to detail to ensure smooth administrative operations related to investigations and risk management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Valid Driver’s License with proven driving experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate compliance files for service provider personnel
  • Update and distribute control documents
  • Handle and manage enquiries effectively
  • Provide administrative support to the Security department
  • Liaise with business units and service providers to ensure seamless communication
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Promote a positive company image at all times
  • Maintain a robust follow-up and office management system
