Key Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
- Understand and assess customer needs and requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates and quotes for clients.
- Open sales order files as needed.
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales consultants for further development and closure.
- Close sales while achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our products.
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects within your area.
- Collaborate with sales consultants to build a strong pipeline and close deals.
- Conduct effective online discussions regarding our products and group offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in internal sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong phone presence with experience making numerous calls daily.
- Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation abilities.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
