Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
  • Understand and assess customer needs and requirements.
  • Prepare cost estimates and quotes for clients.
  • Open sales order files as needed.
  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales consultants for further development and closure.
  • Close sales while achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our products.
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects within your area.
  • Collaborate with sales consultants to build a strong pipeline and close deals.
  • Conduct effective online discussions regarding our products and group offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in internal sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong phone presence with experience making numerous calls daily.
  • Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
