Fidelity Vacancies – Internal Sales Consultant-Commercial

Fidelity is looking for a driven and results-oriented Internal Sales Consultant – Commercial to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in customer acquisition, revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls, and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present cost estimates and quotations to clients.
  • Open and manage sales order files as required.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales consultants for further development and closure.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct research on prospective accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in company offerings.
  • Maintain and grow a database of prospects within the assigned market.
  • Collaborate with sales consultants to build a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Conduct online discussions and presentations on products and group services.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven internal sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent phone communication skills and the ability to make high-volume sales calls.
  • Proficiency in corporate productivity tools and web-based presentation platforms.
  • Experience working with a CRM system.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective listening and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
