Fidelity is looking for dynamic and driven Hybrid Sales Consultants in Klerksdorp to join our team. In this role, you will have the chance to make a significant impact, driving sales success while offering valuable security solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements to provide essential security solutions to customers
- Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and more
- Exceed monthly sales targets with a proactive, customer-focused approach
- Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other business partners
- Generate and close deals, utilizing both self-sourced leads and internal referrals
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to sales
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven sales experience, preferably in capital goods sales
- Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems is advantageous
- Matric or equivalent qualification

- Strong selling skills and the ability to manage time and organization effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet usage
- Professional appearance with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Passion for electronic and technical equipment with a proactive approach to business development
- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans
Duties
- Close sales deals by following up on self-sourced and internal leads
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to ensure sales targets are met
- Ensure all administrative tasks related to sales are accurately maintained
Performance Standards
- Meet and exceed revenue sales targets and client acquisition goals
- Follow up on leads and quotes promptly to ensure high conversion rates
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business
