Fidelity Vacancies – Hybrid Sales Consultants-Klerksdrop

Fidelity is looking for dynamic and driven Hybrid Sales Consultants in Klerksdorp to join our team. In this role, you will have the chance to make a significant impact, driving sales success while offering valuable security solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements to provide essential security solutions to customers
  • Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and more
  • Exceed monthly sales targets with a proactive, customer-focused approach
  • Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other business partners
  • Generate and close deals, utilizing both self-sourced leads and internal referrals
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress
  • Maintain accurate administrative records related to sales

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in capital goods sales
  • Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems is advantageous
  • Matric or equivalent qualification

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet usage
  • Professional appearance with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Passion for electronic and technical equipment with a proactive approach to business development
  • Fluency in both English and Afrikaans

Duties

  • Close sales deals by following up on self-sourced and internal leads
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to ensure sales targets are met
  • Ensure all administrative tasks related to sales are accurately maintained

Performance Standards

  • Meet and exceed revenue sales targets and client acquisition goals
  • Follow up on leads and quotes promptly to ensure high conversion rates
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business
