Fidelity is looking for Hybrid Sales Consultants – Klerksdorp to join the team and drive sales success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and meeting sales targets for security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements to new and existing clients
- Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security solutions
- Consistently exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other key stakeholders
- Generate and close sales deals using both self-sourced leads and internal referrals
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance and progress
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales with a high level of accuracy
Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets (preferably in capital goods sales)
- Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or similar alarm systems is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet usage
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
