Role: HR Manager – Supply Chain Planning & Warehouse Logistics
We are looking for an HR Manager: Supply Chain Planning & Warehouse Logistics to join our dynamic HR team. The main purpose of this role is to drive HR strategy and processes within the Supply Chain and Warehouse Logistics function, ensuring that all employees are fully engaged and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Execution: Implement and manage HR strategy to support the growth of the Supply Chain and Warehouse Logistics functions.
- Employee Development & Relations: Champion employee relations, ensuring fair and equitable processes while providing proactive HR support.
- Leadership & Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to managers, ensuring effective execution of HR programs and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead talent acquisition initiatives and manage retention strategies to mitigate talent flight risks.
- Performance Management: Assist managers with performance reviews and coach them on driving high performance across teams.
- Compliance & Legislative Adherence: Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR best practices, and company policies.
- Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change, supporting both employees and leadership teams through transitions.
- Employee Engagement: Monitor and improve employee engagement through regular feedback, assessments, and the implementation of targeted initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Degree: B Degree in HR Management or Business Management.
- Experience: Extensive experience in generalist HR functions, with expertise in labor laws, change management, and compensation & benefits.
- Skills: Strong writing and report-writing skills, attention to detail, data analysis, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on delivering results.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong business insight and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
