Purpose of the Role:
As an HR Consultant Functions, you will drive the implementation of people processes, enhance HR practices, and support employee and management needs in your assigned client base. You will focus on improving HR efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring that HR standards and processes are implemented seamlessly, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and execution of HR solutions across assigned client portfolios, ensuring high levels of customer service and compliance with HR standards and policies.
  • Act as a single point of contact for HR-related issues, providing clear and proactive support.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to HR processes to enhance efficiency, using your deep understanding of HR functions.
  • Support decision-making by providing accurate and reliable HR data analytics, leveraging HR technology and systems for reporting and insights.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and line managers in recruitment and onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new employees.
  • Manage employee contracts, onboarding processes, and staff movements, including transfers, promotions, and separations.
  • Support the implementation of talent management processes, ensuring adherence to timelines and accurate data generation.
  • Assist in employee relations by ensuring procedural fairness and providing first-line labor relations consulting services.
  • Educate employees and managers on Compensation and Benefits policies, ensuring clear communication and proper application of remuneration and rewards.
  • Facilitate change management processes, coaching and supporting line management and employees through change projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on HR processes, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Strong ability to manage HR data, analytics, and reporting.
  • Experience in compensation, benefits, and onboarding processes.
