Mr Price Vacancies – HR Business Partner Mr Price Money

This role focuses on driving employee engagement in operations by partnering with business leaders to implement effective people strategies. Key responsibilities include organizational effectiveness, talent management, capability building, and supporting the execution of strategic HR priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment, Selection & Induction: Support the recruitment process to ensure top talent is hired within the required timeframe. Ensure all new employees receive a proper induction aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Advise and guide line managers and employees on disciplinary and grievance procedures. Facilitate disciplinary hearings, grievances, and appeals. Represent the company at the CCMA for dispute resolution.
  • Performance Management: Support line managers in implementing performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with Learning & Development to implement talent initiatives that support business success.
  • Reports & Trend Analysis: Analyze data to identify people-related trends and contribute to monthly board reports. Present insights at leadership meetings.
  • Employee Wellness: Coordinate employee wellness programs and initiatives for the contact center and stores.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
  • Three to five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation, dispute resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Experience in talent management and recruitment best practices.
  • Understanding of store operations and contact center environments.
