Purpose of the Role:
As an HR Administrator – Benefit Processing, you will be responsible for the accurate execution and auditing of employee data and benefits processes. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the processing center and contribute to meeting the platform’s objectives, maintaining high standards of compliance and service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of employee benefit processing, including enrolments, promotions, transfers, internal appointments, secondments, and separations.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to employee benefits, such as study aid, long service awards, leave management, medical aid, retirement funds, housing loans, funeral benefits, and annual salary increases.
  • Ensure the accurate processing of merit assessments and benefit-related data changes.
  • Conduct regular audits and health checks to ensure the integrity of all benefit processes.
  • Execute and monitor process controls to maintain compliance with company policies, conditions of service, and wage agreements.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.
  • Adhere to Service Level Commitments (SLC) and service offering catalogues in all benefit processing activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR benefit processing or employee data management.
  • Strong knowledge of benefit administration and HR policies.
  • Experience with compliance and audit processes related to employee benefits.
