Anova Vacancies – HR Administrator
The HR Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the HR department. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Industrial Psychology, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of HR administrative experience. Experience working in an NGO, especially within an HIV/AIDS environment, is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee files and HR records with high confidentiality.
- Assist with payroll processing (experience with VIP or similar payroll systems is preferred).
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including handling correspondence and organizing meetings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws such as BCEA, LRA, SDA, and EEA.
- Support employee relations and foster strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and enforce Anova’s HR policies and procedures.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Trustworthy and responsible with a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
- Experience in relationship building and interpersonal communication.
