Description
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Customer to spearhead the development and execution of customer data strategies that deepen our understanding of customer behavior and drive business growth. In this pivotal role, you will manage a team of data analysts and scientists, collaborate with various departments, and leverage data to enhance decision-making, improve customer experience (CX), and increase customer lifetime value (CLV) across our retail and service brands, including PEP, PEP Home, PEP Cell, and Paxi.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and implement a Customer-centric business strategy that aligns with the company’s strategic plans and growth objectives, focusing on improving customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Develop and execute a robust data strategy to ensure the availability and accessibility of accurate data for business initiatives.
- Create and deliver insightful reports on customer behavior and trends, providing actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Optimize and enhance the customer journey across various business segments by identifying key opportunities for improvement.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools in data analytics to advance PEP’s capabilities and elevate the customer experience.
- Lead a team of data analysts, scientists, and CRM specialists, guiding them in developing and implementing customer-centric strategies in an omnichannel retail environment.
- Oversee the implementation and management of customer data governance, ensuring data quality and integrity.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Passionate about customer experience (CX) with a proven track record in addressing complex customer needs.
- Honours degree in Analytics, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a senior data or analytics role, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Big Data).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization and statistical analysis.
- Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable customer strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce is a strong advantage.
