Join Hollard’s Group Services, Talent, Performance & Learning Development team as a Group Learning Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping our learning culture and driving strategic initiatives across the organization.
Job Purpose
Lead the design and delivery of innovative learning solutions that align with Hollard’s Group-wide objectives, including leadership development, compliance, and future-ready capabilities. Partner with Talent Management to optimize organizational potential, establish learning policies, and embed best practices that foster a skills-based, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Learning Leadership
- Develop and execute a Group-wide Learning Strategy covering leadership, compliance, and core competencies.
- Advise Group Exco and BU leadership on learning priorities and track progress against targets.
Learning Design & Delivery
- Design Group and BU induction programs, competency frameworks, and career development solutions.
- Align learning initiatives with business goals and strategic objectives.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Collaborate with Talent Management to strengthen leadership pipelines and succession planning using tools like the 9-Box and PeopleTree.
Compliance & Accreditation
- Ensure regulatory adherence (e.g., TCF, BN194) and coordinate CPD-accredited programs with bodies like IISA.
Measurement & Reporting
- Track learning impact through dashboards, scorecards, and ROI analysis.
- Manage the learning budget and training spend analytics.
Inclusive Learning & Diversity
- Champion diversity initiatives, including targeted learnerships for youth and individuals with disabilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Group Senior Management and external stakeholders to enhance organizational competence.
Technology & Innovation
- Drive digital learning adoption (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Udemy) and micro-learning strategies.
- Leverage AI and workforce planning tools to optimize learning policies and engagement.
