Job Purpose
Lead the design and implementation of strategic learning solutions that drive Group-wide competencies, leadership development, compliance, and future-focused capabilities. Foster a culture of continuous learning by integrating digital enablement, skills gap analysis, and best practices to support the Group’s strategy. Collaborate with Talent Management to maximize organizational potential, streamline learning policies, and champion a high-performance, skills-based workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Learning Leadership
- Develop and execute a Group-wide Learning Strategy, covering leadership, compliance, and general capabilities.
- Provide strategic insights to Group Exco and Business Unit (BU) leadership on learning priorities.
- Monitor and report on learning execution and alignment with business goals.
Learning Design & Delivery
- Design and implement Group and BU/Functional Induction Programs, Competency Frameworks, and career development solutions.
- Align learning initiatives with business objectives and future skills needs.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to define critical skills and learning pathways.
Leadership & Talent Development
idge leadership pipelines and succession planning in partnership with Talent Management, leveraging tools like the 9-Box and PeopleTree.
Compliance & Accreditation
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., TCF, BN194) and facilitate CPD-accredited learning events with bodies like IISA.
Measurement & Reporting
- Implement dashboards to track learning ROI, adoption, and business impact.
- Manage the Group learning budget and training spend analytics.
Inclusive Learning & Diversity
- Promote inclusive learning initiatives, including targeted learnerships for youth and people with disabilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Group leadership and external stakeholders to enhance competence across Hollard’s ecosystem.
Technology & Innovation
- Drive digital learning adoption (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Udemy) and micro-learning strategies.
- Enhance engagement through data-driven campaigns and AI-powered learning solutions.
- Develop and socialize learning policies across BUs, aligned with workforce planning frameworks.
