Programme Outline:
As a graduate intern, you will gain exposure to the following:

  • Gathering and analyzing requirements from various business stakeholders.
  • Documenting requirements using tools such as use cases, user stories, and business process models.
  • Proposing changes to business processes and technology based on requirements.
  • Designing business processes, functional and technical specifications for enhancements and new developments.
  • Supporting and maintaining existing business processes and technology.
  • Setting up and testing scenarios for system changes and new functionality.
  • Providing user training and support.
  • Conducting system analysis and maintaining documentation.
  • Participating in project management tasks.
  • Designing and maintaining data models, data dictionaries, and data products to optimize business decision-making and processes.

Job Requirements:
To qualify, you need:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
    • Statistics
    • Mathematics
    • Operational Research
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Information Systems
    • Computer Science
  • A minimum average of 65%.
  • South African citizenship.
  • Age between 18 and 33 years.
  • 0-1 year of work experience.
  • Willingness to travel (driver’s license advantageous).
  • Intermediate computer skills (Google Suite or Microsoft Office).
