Job Overview:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking Grade B Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding, patrolling, and performing security-related duties while maintaining high professional standards.
Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies Required:
- Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric).
- PSIRA Grade B/A accredited and registered.
- At least 2 years of experience in the security industry.
- No criminal record and willingness to undergo regular criminal checks.
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing security duties.
- Reside in the area where the position is advertised.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Accurate and timely report writing.
- Safeguarding assets and property.
- Conducting routine patrols.
- Controlling entrances and exits.
- Completing and maintaining relevant registers.
- Performing standard security duties as per training.
Core Competencies:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Capability to follow instructions accurately.
