Job Overview:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking Grade B Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding, patrolling, and performing security-related duties while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies Required:

• Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric).
• PSIRA Grade B/A accredited and registered.
• At least 2 years of experience in the security industry.
• No criminal record and willingness to undergo regular criminal checks.
• Must be physically fit and capable of performing security duties.
• Reside in the area where the position is advertised.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Accurate and timely report writing.
• Safeguarding assets and property.
• Conducting routine patrols.
• Controlling entrances and exits.
• Completing and maintaining relevant registers.
• Performing standard security duties as per training.

Core Competencies:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Capability to follow instructions accurately.
